I sent my brand new Luke back to EBMM to have a headstock flaw corrected. They got it on 2/7 and I got an email from Jon on 2/8 that it was fixed and he was going to set it up with .010s and send it back.

Now that's service!

Thanks Jon and all of you at Ernie Ball who helped. I'm sure it'll be perfect when I get it back.
