NAMM Get together Thursday July 13th

Hey hey hey,

Anyone else going to be in texas for NAMM or just near austin in July that wants to get together and grab some food and booze and hang out and meet everyone else?

I know we got a big group in texas, but texas is a modestly large expanse, so if you are in the area, i'd be glad to meet some folks.


if you wanna go, respond, and suggest places, i've never been there. We'll see if maybe we can make a semi-officialish gathering with this.

and maybe BP and his little rascals will grace with their ever exclusive presence.

I heard tell of some gathering that Thursday at some BBQ joint...if I make it I probably won't be down until Friday. Got no hotel resevation so I'll either crash in with Jack or out at Ed Friedland's new joint 20 miles out of town....or just stay up all night.

after the show we all go and have good food, good libations, then we all crash at BP's suite at the hilton.

Sidenote - A relative of mine lives in San Antonio and said that 6th St. in Austin used to have lots of good bars, clubs, and music. Maybe hop around there on Thursday night before the event starts on Friday?

Joel, I'll be in on Thursday, but maybe not until 8. I have a big conference call that day, and as of now I don't know what time it is scheduled for. Ideally, I will in by 630 and I will fulfill my responsibilities that night.
