So I actually got this last week but have been to busy to put up some pictures. I have been looking at buying a new bass for a while and wasnt sure if I should get a big al or bongo. I have tried both and really like both of them, but it had been a while since I played them. Last week I was looking at theperfectbass.com, best store to buy from in my opinion, and I saw this beauty and realized I had a chance to get the best looking bass I have ever seen, a 12 PDN Big Al SSS. I have to say that the playability of this thing is off the charts. And the look of the head stock alone makes for an amazing picture. Now for the sounds. I play at a more modern style church and in a indie band and I am now able to use a different pickup selection for each song so I can get that exact tone I want, it is crazy how good they all sound. I am loving this. I will say that I do enjoy the passive tones a lot more than I expected like the passive with buttons 1 and 2 pushed down, but my favorite is active with the first two in series. Not to offend anyone, but that tone alone blows my stingray and sterling out of the water. And I love my sterling, but this tone is just the essence of music man tone. I am not sure when I will be picking another of my basses up.
Sorry for the poor quality, all I have is my phone camera.
