I had no business buying a bass a month before I went back to school (I'm 32 and doing it with no help from the parents this time....) but this one made me cave.... 93 transwhite stingray with a 2band eq and a rosewood board. I have an 85 and an 01, if I were to combine my favorite features of each this is the bass that would result in an uber rare colour!
Googling transwhite stingrays actually yields this bass on at least two for sale posts and a couple other places... and judging by old threads on here (and cause I bought it from a forumite) I'm at least forumite number three to own this one. I know everyone says this with a new bass but I think this one is stopping here....(yeh! talking like this when I haven't even had my hands on it! It's at my girlfriend's place, had it sent there as I'm just starting school in Edmonton and realised I can't prove my address if the post office asked... I don't get to see it for another week)
