Need one of these cool covers for my nut

My white one's had it so I'm trying to find one of these, but can't see them listed anywhere.
Were they a NAMM only item or something ?

Ha! That is actually an old (probably 4 years ago) sample that never made it to market. We had like 3 of them, size small. Billy got one and it is hanging up at his desk right now.
