NEW AX40 solo with ebmm axis pups!

Woo hoo, I took a chance and watched your video at work (they are kinda funny about wanting me to pay attention to the ambulances I'm dispatching)...it was well worth the risk (no one died  ). Awesome playing and your tone was spot on!

Was the video quality any good? I shot it with my iphone, it looks great on my end yet have not got to see it on a monitor. The sound sounded ok.

I love the tone and playability of these guitars! This feels and sounds almost IDENTICAL to the tribute I played, although I would love a tribute/EVH lol!!!! In purple/ pink/ green!

Eric, are you telling me that that was only shot through an iphone? No recording equipment? Please tell me exactly how far away from the amp it was shot. Great quality.

The video was shot on my iphone, but the sound was direct, as for the amp sim, it was a good old pod 2.0 rack (i know, right?) goes to show you tone is in the hands. And some chorus that was based of an old rackmount 80s unit. Those old pods are so much better than any of the new ones. I would rather be mic'd to an amp any day though, but for now, oh well.

When I get some time and an old peavey 5150 combo I will do another sound test that will blow the doors off this, although this sounded pretty dang good!

Very nice!!! Loved it!

My .02 to answer your question is that the video (image) quality is 6/10 (just due to low resolution) but the sound is great!

Great thanks guys, im glad the audio is great, but was video at least decent? Like you said. 6/10 could you see the beautiful quilt my ax40 has? Lol! It really does have a great top though, the most playable guitar Ive ever played, HANDS DOWN!
