Jamie you are truly talented! So nice to hear a "guitar-tune" with nice melodies and not only shred. Very cool tone too. Did you use an amp or amp simulation?

Hi Rockman..thanks for your comment...I used an am and cab..I used a Blackstar HT5 head...I'm pretty traditional..no simulators on stuff like this..it wouldn't clean up like an amp does when you back off the volume control on the guitar..cheers Jamie

Nice one Jamie, great track, are you going to the Birmingham guitar show again this year?

I'm so glad to hear this! I'm that way too, I think we're a dying breed... But no-one's gonna take my amp away from me hehe... I'm gonna check out more of your music now!

By the way, are you going to review the Sterling AX3 and Silo3 in one of your upcoming iguitarmag issues soon?

Rock on!

Excellent playing, Jamie - your broken-in Axis looks the part. Your LickLibrary videos brought me back to the Axis a couple of years ago, and I can't thank you enough for reminding me about the model.

Beautiful Piece ! What pickups are those?

I will go out on a limb and guess that they are stock Axis pickups with the chrome covers removed. I suspect this because of the chrome volume and tone knobs.

Jamies' playing on this one is beyond tasty ! He is one of my favorites !!

Soooo much taste. Thanks for doing this Jaime.
Love the shots of your main guitar. I've been looking for footage/photos of a well loved Axis for ages.

Nice work...I love a beater. Your beater Axis is nice. Personally, I can hardly wait to hear the EB Guitars when the earliest builds reach that 35 or 40 year old milestone.

This guitar never had chrome covers..the original pickups where zebra..this guitar is from 2000.. The pickups are DiMarzio 36 Anniversary..very low out put..they sent me black ones by mistake so I just put them in..I love the tone of them..they clean up so well..Jamie

OK, ... I'm 10£99 poorer than yesterday ... but it's money well spent ;)

Something funny about the Jamtracks site : there is a currency converter because all the prices are written in pounds (). The currency converter shows first the most important currency : US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Yen, Rupees, Swiss Franc ... but where the Euro ???????????????

Oh yes, it's in 47th position, between the Estonia Krooni and the Fiji Dollar :D
That certainly shows how Europeans the British people feel :o

Now, excuse me, I have to spend some time (well in fact a lot of time) with Ceremony.

Thanks Jamie for such a nice track.
