We took some promo shots of my band last week. I thought they turned out pretty cool, this is the one we chose. Just thought I would share:

That's actually quite funny, our cover for our cd is going to mainly be a "landscape" quite similar to the painting in the background. I'm pretty excited, our CD is starting to turn out really nice. We just finished tracking vocals last night, and then it's off to my mixing engineer!

I'll be sure to post some tunes when we are done. :D

haha, that's me. Actually it's just a thing, I figured out how much of my life is wasted matching socks, so I decided to take the path of least resistance and not match socks, if you notice the other one is black (I think).
 
so, from the picture I was kinda expecting the music to be a little more, hmmm, laid back maybe. Guess not, haha!

What does the dog play?
 
goofy is the way to go...sometimes serious is just too much...it shows you guys like to have a good time and it's not all "SERIOUS" all the time...that is a press photo of a band I want to see because of the "goofy fun" appeal...

Thanks! Yeah we try not to take ourselves to seriously, we just take our music seriously :) We are very lucky to have a pro photographer in our band family.
 
i just listen to the songs on your myspce page and really like it.... great job guys \m/.... and really like the picture too, it's for the art of your album?
 
Thanks for the praise!! It's going to be used for our promo material and probably in the liner of our album. My wife is painting our CD cover right now. It's turning out very well!
 
Good luck and I hope you don't have murphys luck when it comes to band pictures.
