Ken, looking great, gotta dig that SVT Classic.

I played the 410HLF, and thought it was a great cab. My fav Ampeg cab by far.

Im going to be running my SVT through a Bergantino cab soon, and cant wait.

Oh and thanks to you I finally ordered an Ampeg stool. It's nice to have an idea of how high it is.

Thanks fellas & good to make your book Urwords!

I just noticed I got a partial pick of my humidifer -
a very important part of any jam room in the NorthEast
"say no to fret sprout"

The HLF is great but damn, I'm going back on my original opinion
and saying the 810 is better w/the CL (now that I've has some
time w/both). and as a bonus I got a decent workout hauling the
thing up & down a flight of stairs this past weekend

Congrats on the Berg Travis. I'm dying to try an IP310 and also
any 12" config - I hav not played through any 12's . .ever.

I'm parting w/the redhead soon and will probably need a super
light rig for small shows . . the GAS never ends . . :D

MF was giving them away for free w/a modest Ampeg
purchase not too long ago. It's great.

Ken. I tried the following Bergs on "Cab Quest" 2006. An HT322 (2x10s and 1x12), an IP310, and an HT210S/HT112S mini stack. They are all UNREAL.

The conclusion. Well, the 2x10 was SO LOUD, I only ordered one for the time being. This is coming from a guy that was running a 2x12 and 1x15 stack.

So, Ken, I think the Bergs will impress you big time. The size to sound ratio is very overwhemling, and I do mean in a good way.

Too cool! Wouldn't necessarily want to bring that to a gig, but I guess you've got humpers;)

I have to ask, though: Saturday gig I played through an Ampeg SVT II Pro and an Ampeg 4x10 that didn't look tike the HLF, and the B-string didn't happen at all. Is the HLF better?
The line out from the amp sounded great though, so I just turned the volume way down and got great bass sound from the 15" monitor in front of me. The sound guy really knew what was what:)

All I can say when I catch my breathe is what a magnificent load of gear. You've given yourself some superb choices.

Hey strummer - my son used an HLF cab for a few years with his SR5 and it produced a glorious sound. So much so that after sound checks bassists from other bands were asking if they could play through his rig. Unfortunately, when he moved to London he was in student accomodation and also needed portability so the ampeg had to go and be replaced with an EBS NEO 212.
