Hi All,

long time no talk !! I amm very busy at the moment and very few time for the forum

nevertheless I'm still a MM freak !!!!!

I have seen on the web photos of last toto tour. Looks like like added a switch on all his Luke model.

Any one knows something about that ? is that a splitter ? a booster ?

See photo below and more photos here www.toto.bussola.it

Thanks for your answers

See ya

it's a switch to turn the sustainer neck on...

That's what I was thinking but I couldn't see it so well, due to the pole pieces it doesn't look like a sustainer.

Speaking of which, anyone notice that alotta the time Luke and EVH have similar setups on their axes, I mean that cherry burst wolfie has a sustainer in the neck too.

Yo a froggy friend !!! ;)

Merci pour la réponse !

can you tell me more about this system ?

just turn it on and the sound nevers ends!

je ne me souviens plus de la technique, mais en gros, quelque chose alimente un generateur de champ magnetique ou quelque chose dans le genre qui provoque un sustain infini...

luke used to play it a bit on the amsterdam DVD...I think he likes ot , due to is new sustainer on the radiance red...I WANT THE SAME !!! ;)

I'd love to add one of those to an axe too. But then again I do have an ebow laying around here somewhere. Sustainers are more conveneint I suppose.

Luke's all over that radiance red, isn't he? The last few photos I've seen of him, he's been pounding on that same guitar...hey, whatever floats your boat, A nice color, and one that I could see on my Sil. Spec.!

Luke has turned EVH onto quite a few things in the past, which is why there would be similarities. The sustainer is a prime example, and if I remember crrectly, I think Luke alos turned EVH on to the Soldano head, which was used on the F.U.C.K. album while the 5150 was being conceived. (As side notes, in case you didn't know, SL also sang backgrounds on "It's About Time", and every song that Luke has assisted VH with has hit the top of the charts. Talk about a good luck charm!)

If it's anything like a certain DG Pet we know and love.....I'm sure any self respecting rockstar would not want to put it down, even us currently unknowns.
