I just purchased my first MM Stingray 5 after nearly 15 yrs of dreaming for one! I've been playing an Ibanez sr405 the past few years so it should be an extremely nice upgrade.

Which strings do you use on your Stingray? Any thoughts on Elixer's vs. EB's on your MM?

Sorry, stupid question, but I have a week before the bass arrives and I just need something to keep my mind occupied until then!

On strings, i'm using TI Roundwounds at the moment. Not sure if i'll be sticking with them. I'm actually scouting around myself right now.
