nice birdeye maple neck

Just wondering by what we know that is a good piece of good birdeye maple neck? can we tell by the look of it? any good pic of good ones!?

It all has to do with looks, of course... It's just a really cool looking wood for necks! I've got a couple nice ones on my EB/MMs, but this is one of my faves:

My Axis SS MM90 with an uber-figured neck...

That's a really beautiful one, I can see the "eyes" spread evenly throughout the neck. Is there any reference website talk more about birdeye maple wood?? would like to know more about this...
