I think the Tort looks good on that bass because of the incredible light grain pattern. That bass has the prettiest natural grain and tint to it that I have seen. My fretless SR is just like it.

It's a bit redder than it appears in the photo, but it's definitely more brown than red.

Oh, those knobs are tempting, but as soon as I get it whored up good, someone will offer me beads and trinkets or something and I'll trade it away.
