Question Nylon Strap Button Washers

Are the OEM plastic/nylon strap button washers available commercially or just through customer service? I prefer them to the felt and am not finding anything of similar dimensions through the usual hardware channels.

I think they are only available through MM. I think they may even have several versions, as they are flat on one side, and contoured on the other.
