Since I cut way back on drinking beer I've lost over twenty pounds! The beer gut is shrinking fast and that will pretty much kill the humor of my pictures. It was fun while it lasted and I've already had to buy smaller clothes, I may wind up normal after all.

I may soon have to stop the blood pressure meds too. I'll never catch Larry 'cause I still eat crap and smoke 8 cigars a day, but I have to admit I feel better.

Long live the King!!!

Judging by the program I suspect that is exactly what the doctor ordered. Congrats Chuck! Ummm maybe the cigars are next???;)

I ve lost over 30 lbs and take no meds
Congrats to you too BP. I could do well to lose at least 20. 30 would be better. I think I'll go and have a salad for lunch!!

Way to go Chuck.

I lost 15 pounds last year. I would like to loose 10 more. That way I would be back to my original weight before I became a tech rep and hit the road. Its tough to loose weight and travel.

I’m trying to get down to my original weight, eight pounds and nine ounces. :D

BP you’re right about that and I think I just got tired of beer all the time. I ran out one Sunday early in January and instead of going to get more I just didn’t. I have no big plan to quit drinking or anything I just don’t want any. And so far I haven’t missed it, I still go to bars to hang out or play, but I drink diet coke and still have fun. The weight loss is a side effect.

I'm in the "need to lose weight section" and I applaud anyone that achieves their goal of doing so. Congrats Chuck and also you Sterling. Hopefully I can join you this year. :)
