I know this has been covered but there are different variations to it but can someone give me real good step by step instructions on the cleaning,re oil/waxing of a EBMM neck? I just recently bought a used Axis Sport in excellent condition but the back of the neck is discolored/darker in appearence.Although to the touch it feels nice and smooth/silky! So my other question (s) is how do you know when its time to clean/oil/wax the neck? Can the neck be clean although it looks discolored? Or is the discoloration the sign of it being time to tend to it?Does the discoloration go away when its cleaned or does it stay once its there?I`d appreciate any info and thanks!!!!

I`m not able to right now but the rosewood fretboard is very clean and the frets look new and shinny! Its just the back of the neck, its not bad looking but since i just got it used i thought it would be a good idea to have it cleaned or whatever.Like i said before it looks a little dirty but it feels nice and smooth!

OK......so i found all the info i needed and i did the job today! Needless to say, it came out great!!!! Thanks to the guys at Ernie Ball for walking me through it!
