okay, so who's going?

I think if I remember correctly the travelodge is on Madonna rd, across from the embassy suites, and near Lake Laguna (a little park).

Might be a good place to stay. it's also across from a mall, if it's the one I'm thinking of.

TURNS OUT I GOT THIS WRONG. AAA SAYS IT'S ON MONTEREY. OOPS

Not sure where to stay yet, anyone?

I shall be there for the Saturday session, I, alas, cannot attend the Friday opening festivites.
 
I'm off tomorrow to arrange flights from the UK.

When I saw the original post I thought thats a shame I'd like to have gone - then I realised - WTF I should go - its only a flight away!

Correct me if I am wrong.....was there any kind of package deals being set up by EBMM to give us a cost? I was looking for that because it was stated in one of the threads. If not, no big deal.....I will be there depending on my current work situation......cuttin' it pretty close, but I think I can squeak in there! Round one will be on me.....LOL :cool:

It definately sounds like a very cool event. I would like to have made it, but it's either put out money for a trip, or for a new Pet. Sorry guys, gotta keep the eye on the prize! :D

Agreed, come to the open house, put buying another Pet on the back burner.

I hear you guys. I have been going back and forth in my mind, A new Pet...beautiful California coastline...A new Pet...beautiful California coastline.......

Besides, my presence out there would be a waste. You guys would be in there interacting with all the great people and musicians and I would be out there sitting like a bump on a log, staring at the beautiful Big Sur. :D
