Oddjob....Isnt is really strange that Delta in bankruptcy makes the non P &G/toyota people of cinncinnati suffer so much? Gary hanser has to do the same stuff. They are really messed up...DUH A customer has to drive to colombus, dayton, lexington, louisville only to have to change planes in their home town. IF jet blue hits town deltas tapioca

Gotem...now trying to find a flipping flight from the Bay Area to Palm Springs on Sunday 9/25...what a PITA it is flying into PS...looking like I gotta fly back to Phoenix then take a puddle jumper back over to PS...you live out there BP...can't you build a decent airport out there somewhere?? WTF???

I gotta be at "The Kickstand" on Monday 9/26...grrrrr

It is insane how this all goes down. I have even called Delta and said "Look, I'm in Cincy, can I just pick up my leg of the flight here. With what I weigh, I'll save you a bunch on jet fuel and snacks on the trip to make it worth it." And I all I get is, "No!" I even called on Tuesday and asked for the booking manager and said that if they were having big money problems this would save some $ for them. And he told me"Thanks for your concerns, but we know what we're doing." Isn't that a laugh now!!!

BP if you ran EB like Delta we'd all be singing the praises of some other company... thank you for your good buisness sense and vision (and willingness to truely listen to us little folk).
