Hello kids

Brain, Dargie, and I are on a road trip! We started yesterday in the desert and were fortunate to get to hitch a ride on a very large companies airplane. Brian brought breakfast burritos for all and we had a great flight.

We hit New York and hit it pretty good last night. I ran into Stevie Van Zant and introduced myself and told him that I made his baritione guitar and he couldnt remember it. I told him I would send him a picture from this years tour to refresh his memory.

We are drifting down to washington DC this morning and going to visit some local stores. Tonight is going to see the Washington Nationals play the Florida Marlins. I love to visit new ballparks.

Wed we will be at the Warped Tour in Va beach and will see koogs and lisis. I think I will be meeting CINC house Koogs better half and I may have some torture in store for them.

Thurs back to NYC for morning meetings and then back to the good old desert.

I'm curious to know what you've heard they are "said" to be?!? Boring? Definitely, but you can make it through 9 innings if you drink enough of what they refer to as beer in the US.

Perhaps the game of baseball would be better if they just kicked the ball around the infield for 2 45 minute periods and it ended up in a 1-1 tie. I guess that would be more exciting for you?:rolleyes: :D :cool: :p I loves me some baseball(and "football").

As long as you mean proper FOOTBALL, as in played with the FEET like in the UK, then I'm in. How American Football can be called football I don't know.. should be called American Runball or something... :D

Okay, so maybe my numbers are a little off....
 
I'm sure Azzy's biggest complaint about baseball is that it's over too soon. Not like cricket, where "I'm going to play hooking at see a game" means "I'm cutting work for the next week"

Having lived here for a few years I'd have to say YES, watching a ball get kicked around for 2x45 minutes ending in a 1-1 tie IS STILL more exciting than watching grass grow/paint dry/baseball. And don't get me started on basketball! But I'm Canadian, so HOCKEY is where it's at for me!
