Tobacco burst, matching headstock, tort guard. It'll look sorta like this (only wth the extra pickup :) )

I borrowed these pics off an ebay auction

I though I was gonna come up with some radical color scheme, but I guess I'm just a traditionalist at heart. I will recommend that everyone lobby to make Pearl Redburst available on basses. What a cool paint job.

I believe those pics are 3-tone vintage burst

your tobaccoburst will look even better! IMO

My next EBMM will be TB

also get yourself a cream or vintage pearloid
p/g when you feel like a change- looks great
with rosewood boards

After checking the color thread up top closely, I have to agree that it's vintage burst. the auction had it listed as Tobacco burst.

As of right now (today), he's ordered tobacco burst.

I emailed him/PMd him asking if he wanted to change it.....I'm sure he'll get back with me tonight. He's been busy at work.

Guys, I'm in solid for the Tobacco Burst....... he says, all the while thinking that further down the road he knows he'll regret not having chosen one/all of the other countless incredible color combinations available.

I would of jumped on the Butterceme if it was an HS. For me, 2 humbuckers spoil the symmetry of the Ray. (I have a daughter in art school you know) http://www.ernieball.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif

It will be in about 2 months. In my world anyway, but now I'm worried about my band situation. Everytime I make a big gear purchase there's a band catatrophe. We just replaced our drummer in December and practiced with our new keyboard player for the first time on Tuesday and the whole night the atmosphere was weird.
