I ordered a pedal from Bananas.Com two weeks ago. After clearing up some issues with my billing/shipping address I was notified that my order had shipped last Monday (six days ago).On Thursday I inquired about a tracking number and received a response stating that the U.S. Postal Service did not provide tracking info? Friday was a holiday but the mail did come today and still no pedal yet. Anyone have a similar experience with this company?

That's the new online store of Banana's At Large retail store on 4th Street in San Rafael, CA. I've been in the retail store and it's pretty decent but have no experience with the online division.

Thanks, steve hopefully it shows up in the next few days.I guess sometimes FREE shipping isn't really free.I would have rathered paid for UPS shipping if I knew it would take two weeks to get here.
