Off Topic OT: HSS pickups: what pots are you using?

I'm planning to put a single coil sized humbucker into a SSS guitar, essentially making it a HSS guitar.

I'd like the humbucker to see 500K and the singles to see 250K. How have you been wiring up for HSS guitars? I'm thinking about doing something with maybe two volume controls since I hardly use the tone pot.

Would love to hear your suggestions.

This diagram shows how to set it up so the humbucker sees 500k and the other 4 positions see 250k.

I have that same Suhr schematic. I'd have to pick up a mega switch and a few other components to make it work. Not sure if there are any other ways to do it and still retain the stock 5 way.
