I'm so stoked...just bought this 1983 Mercedes 380SL in pristine condition with service records back to the window sticker.

Actually they're pretty much the same color huh? The window sticker on this car new in 1983 was $43,000 and it's damned near in pristine condition!!

My father had a 450SL. Very cool car...had some memorable rides in it, and he let me go blasting around a parking lot in it at age 15. Woot!
Not sure how the 380 differs (smaller engine??).
Better sell a lot of basses to afford the fuel bill on that beastie!
