OT- R.I.P Jesse Rivera 1970-2006

I found out yesterday afternoon that a friend of 15 years has passed on. For the last 3 years he was battling a rare disease that affects the heart and lungs called Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. He fought bravely and it was the strength of his heart that kept him going for so long.On 5-13-06 he lost his fight. He was a great friend, drummer and all around good guy.He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family....

I was only 13 and am only now realizing the full extent of what happened to me.
It was all kind of surreal at the time.

Thanks to you and everyone for your kind words concerning my friend.He was one of those guys that was always around and even when he was sick i'd never thought he'd actually leave us......

Truely sorry for the loss man, prayer from across the pond. Its a harsh thing to struggle with, my mum did up til two years ago. Sound slike he had the same fighting spirit. She never wanted that victim sympathy thing (i think i know what I mean) she just got on with things and life until the day she passed.
