PDN and NGD

I see these abbreviations on this forum and not sure what they mean. NGD must stand for 'new guitar' something. Can you enlightenment me? Thanks.

Usually when you see PDN, it's referring to a special offering of configurations/materials/finishes not normally available, which can be ordered only through preferred dealers.
