I've noticed that when I use the Tremelo bar, the G string seems to be going flat quite often. All the other strings seem to stay in tune, except for my G string. Any ideas how to solve this issue?
 
rub some pencil lead in the nut slot it might be draging in the slot and the graphite will help it slide.

Did you try replacing the G string? Or, does it happen with every string change?
 
Use some graphite powder mixed with vasoline...apply a small amount with a toothpick to all your nut slots and saddles (under the string...)...or use small balls of chapstick for the same purpose....either will work great (I use chapstick to lube the knife edges of the trem too...)....I keep a tube of chapstick in all my cases for this very reason...

That sounds like a great idea! I'm going to try that. Not as oily/messy as the nut sauce, vasoline and other solutions too.
