up for adoption is my Dec. '05 RADIENCE RED JP6. Fully loaded. Piezo, matching HS, inlays. NEVER tweaked from factory settings. It came from the factory with a perfect setup. i mean PERFECT. Thing NEVER goes out of tune. only 10 months old. Incredible color that rad red ($$ upcharge)! No flaws, no battle scars, no wear. Plastic still on the back plastic. OHSC and all case candy/hang tags included. I will get some pics SOON. I will post it here, then the gearpage, and as a last resort, fleabay.

It was hard to capture the "sparkle" of this finish because there was no sun. It really does "shimmer" especially when the stage lights hit it. It was an awful choice to have to part with it.

Well, the forum isn't always the best place to send off your gear. I've had a few MM's that I offered up here and ended up selling on eBay. I find you usually get more money on the 'Bay anyway.

Again, if you've never seen this finish in person, it SHIMMERS. I had these pics on a cloudy day unfortunately. I had a HORRIBLE choice trying to pick between this Rad Red and the new LTD one.
One thing that complicated things is a Gibson '59 LP junior just became available the week I took delivery on the new JP6.

Love the Radiance Red - they made a Limited Edition one of those with a black headstock the year I bought my JP6 LE2.

That Gibson looks a little like my 1961 melody maker. I don't really play it though - I keep it because it's in almost new condition and I figure it might be worth something one day - an investment.
