Johans, I don't work for EB nor do I know exactly what the policy is here, but since they don't sell direct to the public and since your warranty and service and all that will be through your dealer, in this case Chuck Levin, I'd say you probably wouldn't be able to pick it up in SLO.

Derek or Jon can give you an official answer, but my track record on guesses has been pretty good so far.
