Anyone know the resistance of Axis/EVH pickups? I suspect they're pretty hot...not like the original PAF EVH put in his homemade strat.

I've measured it before...I don't remember the exact numbers, but it was in the 15-16k neighborhood for the bridge and 14-15k for the neck. Something like that. Maybe somebody can post some official specs...
