It's a 50K ohm with an "S" taper.

I've checked the 3 band 'Ray circuits, both old (rectangular board) and newer (crescent moon board). All pots (Bass, Mid and Treble) for both boards are 50K ohm "S" taper. The Vol for both boards is 25K ohm Log taper.
You can buy them direct from EB without having to return the old pots. They only cost a few dollars each.
