Ok so i bought my MM JPM in july....One of the strings broke a couple days ago.....I took it to my tech to have it set-up and he called me today and told me 2 of the 6 little tiny tiny bridge peices are missing....one is from the string that broke but all the rest had strings on them. So one must have fallen out.

I'm going to call ernie ball tomorrow....anyone ever delt with these guys?? or know another way to get them replaced??
