I ordered a BONGO just 2 days ago and GC told me mid-March on delivery. This could vary by model I'm guessing but 2 months sounds like a good estimate.

If we were to concentrate on one instrument we could build one in a couple of weeks. Of course we do not build them one at a time, we build several at a time, which then takes longer because you are dealing with a production run. Wood has to dry to the proper moisture content to get the weight to an acceptable level. The preparation in each department is not rushed as we take our time and make sure the quality level on each instrument is consistant. We also have a certain amout of time we like the finish on each body to"cure" in our oven before we send it on to to the next department.
