The Concord GC has a pretty impressive selection too. Off the top of my head from my last visit (yesterday) they had two Silo Specials, a two Luke III's, a few JP's, one of which was a BFR, a few Albert Lee HH's, two Y2D's, and approximately an equal amount of basses, including a wonderful Big Al with SC's. They're all in excellent condition, too. I guess your average GC kid doesn't have much interest in EBMM instruments - good for the people that actually want to buy them.

This is a cool idea for a thread! The Portland, ME store has some really cool stuff in stock too. They've got:
Armada Trans Black Flame
JP7 BFR Solar Burst Flame
JP7 BFR Bahama Blue Burst Quilt
JP7 BFR Ruby Red Burst Quilt
JP6 BFR Ruby Red Burst Quilt <-----ABSOLUTELY KILLER, almost bought this one
JP6 Pearl Red Burst Fully Loaded
JP6 Mystic Dream Fully Loaded
2 or 3 AL HH's
2 or 3 AL Single Coils
2 or 3 Silhouette specials

This is a really good idea, because the GC Platinum site does not show nearly any of what each store has (how could they, it would be impossible to keep a totally detailed inventory given the sheer volume of GC's stock).

If you call, ask for Matt Bishop and tell him Ed sent you!

I'm in New York tomorrow, anyone know where I should go to drool at some music mans. :)

They have a great selection of MusicMans in Round Rock Guitar Center, which is just outside of Austin. They have a great Morse Darklord there.

Were is there a GC in Santa Clara? Where is this "pretty darn good selection" in the "greater Bay Area. I know about the one in San Jose (3 Petrucci's 1 Luke), and the San Mateo (1 Petrucci). I just ran a search on all the GC's in the Bay area (from Emereyvllle to San Jose) and see exactly 10 EBMM guitars listed, 7 of them are Petrucci's.

GC 3677 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95051. Last time I was there, a week ago, they had 4 or 5 Lukes, one Silhouette, a couple of Steve Morse ones, Albert Lee ones, Petrucci ones, AXEs and some other ones I didn't take a bigger glance at.

Thanks, don't know why I couldn't find this store on the GC website, but I'll check it out.

Guitar Center in Langhorne, PA has 0 EBMM. They tell me that there wasn't enough interest to have them sold at that location and moved them all to the Cherry Hill GC. On that note, they've moved out all Mesa product too. I have no reason to visit my local GC, none.

I like this idea of hot EBMM products found at specific locations.

I'm going to Propose we make this a sticky... to the admins and just make it a EBMM Local Shop PSA thread... to include all the PSAs that we see and give some love to our Dealers to maybe help with those of us who travel and pop into other GCs or Local shops to help with the hunt...

That's a good idea. Also, used.guitarcenter.com is one of my bookmarked URLs nowadays. The nice thing getting a used guitar from GC is the 30 day return policy. Have not used that return feature so far.
