I saw it on an SR5 in Chicago-there are several different hues going on in the color. There's a little gold and a darker grayish color under that silver, depending on how you look at it.

This one was built before the switch, so no it does not have the compensated nut. I only have one other JP here without it, and it's the other one we had talked about - Carbon Blue Pearl with matching headstock.

NorM, Egyptian Smoke is more gold'ish. The first pictures posted make it look like Graphite Pearl, but the following ones show it to be ES.
