hye sorry to bug every one but hey whats a good a neck lubricator sota speek something to like make me slide and fret much faster some one told me lemon oil works but i dono i no some one no"s something good to use help me out

Try Dr Ducks Ax Wax & String Lube on the strings. Use it in tiny amounts. Make sure the back of the neck on your bass is clean.

i use a Dunlop ultraglide 65 string cleaner and it pleases me very much, but it is only neccessary for removing rust, dirt, and other disturbing materials off of the string and giving it a protecting layer which makes it smooth (i might consider becoming a sales-man for dunlop).
as mentioned- you want to fret faster? work on it (as painfull and aggrevating as it may be)
