Random volume drop in humbucker position!!

Trying out a Silo special,,i noticed the screws were different in the humbucker,,it randomly drops volume to near nothing,,,cant make it do that with the switch,,anyone else have this problem before?

What do you mean by "screws were different"? When you say it randomly drops in volume, this is while playing? When moving the lever switch? Etc.

Usually these kinds of things are a bad solder connection or a short somewhere. A quick fix with a soldering iron.
