Question Replacement nut for 2002 Axis

Hi. Has anyone had to replace the locking nut on one of the old Axis models? Mine has grown dull, and come re-fretting time, it will have to be replaced. My question is, whether it is necessary to get hold of a music Man branded nut, or if as original FR nut such as this one will do? The radius and width are the right size, as far as I can tell.

A Gotoh nut will do the job perfectly and I've used the Gotoh a number of times on my Axis'.

Will they do a re-fret in stainless on a Axis?

I am located in Denmark, so it would probably cost around $200+ to send it "over the pond". We have some excellent luthiers around here. Hansen Guitars (absolutely top class T and S style guitars), for example, are a 45 minutes car ride away.

I understand they will re fret it in whatever it came with only.
