May be somewhat of a weird question, but is there a definite difference in the sound when switching between the middle and bridge position on an SR5?
I've had the switch in the bridge position for quite some time and was experimenting with my sound the other day and was noticing that there was hardly any audible difference between the bridge and the middle selection. The only noticeable change came when I put the selector in to the neck position.
I don't know if it helps, or makes any difference, but I am playing through an SVT 4-Pro and an Acme Low B-4. I am thinking maybe either the contacts need to be cleaned or maybe a new switch. . . . ?
