I don't think there is any need to ban foggy.
He accepted the terms and should be willing to stand up and walk away on his own.

Now if this were a poll to ban him at 1999 just for fun then I say WTF :D

I don't think we'll have to ban him. I have a strong feeling he's already placed an order and isn't telling us until he reaches the 2000 mark.

Oh leave the man alone. Let him stay and keep things interesting and spontaneous. Plus I am sure he has something in store for us that will either be hilarious, entertaining, "good news", or more pictures :p :D .
