Ooh...very nice. Is that Carbon Blue Pearl or Pearl Blue?

How do you like the F-30/Luke combination? While I'm at it, how do you like the ASS/F-30 combination? Got an F-30 myself, and I like it with the JP6. Hoping to get a Luke and an ASS in the future. That's after the Y2D and--if BP and JP want to make it--the JP/20th Ann. Silo hybrid.

And I haven't played (or even seen) it in months! A friend is borrowing it. He lost both of his guitars in the same week, so I lent him my Luke. He's been a Gibson man for almost his whole life, but now he wants to buy the Luke! :D

I'll probably sell it to him. :eek: But only because I don't really miss it now that I've got my Axis SS. :)

As for the ASS & F-30, I like it...but I can compare the F-30 only to my previous amp, an AVT50, which is quite in a different category. The F-30 stands head and shoulders above the AVT50. But one thing that took getting used to is that the F-30 sounds darker than AVT50, so my neck humbucker through the F-30 sounded very muddy to me, and I fiddled for days and days to get a sound that I liked with that pickup. I need to get together with my friend so I can compare the Luke through the F-30 to the Luke through his JCM900, but that may not happen for a while since his wife is close to giving birth.

Thanks! My F-30 is, I think, dark-sounding like yours. I like the way it sounds with my JP6. In fact, when I tried out the JP6, I tried it out through that same F-30. I bought them both on the spot. The only thing is that sometimes, I wish the sound I got were a little brighter. I'd love to hear a Luke through the F-30.
 
That neck is JUST SICK BEEJ!!!!!! we should hook up and you can take me on a tour of your local Music stores when im in Hamilton/waterdown area!!!
