A few neighbours and I have a film club every month.

Tonight it was someone elses turn to pick and Sideways was shown.

Apart from the fact that its a great film it reminded me of one of the best weekends I have ever spent.

So once again thanks to

BP/EBMM/Beth/Aziah/Drew/Blair/Brian/Casey/Luke/Dudley and of course Mobay (and his lovely wife), Keith, Koogs, MotoJunkie (& Wendy when she could stand), Arin, Glenn, Beej, Tommy, Pete, Nick, Fred, Sigmunds Couch (and Amy), Psycho (a real professional professional!), Ernie (and Mrs Ernie), SteveB, the Aussie guy who I mercilessly ribbed about the cricket, JDouglee and hell everyone who I met there.

I'd love to do it again - or host a UK event - come on over and we'll trash England!

My wife rented "Sideways" a few weeks before we came to SLO, quite coincidentally.

Interesting film, but I can't believe they assign it to the "Comedy" category!

Dunno, the idea of guys going to wine country for a stag weekend just never sat right with me ... (as I recall the stag party I went to last weekend in a total haze)
