Help! Silhouette Piezo output is not balance

Hi, I use EB Musicman Silhouette HSH with piezo.
I just change new set of string, same as the previous set which is EB super slinky 9-42.
After i change the string and tune it, when i try the piezo, the D (4th) string has lower output than the rest. It's annoyingly unbalance but the magnetic pickup has a balance output for all the string.

How can i fix this, please help.
I search the forum but i don't find a similar thread.

If you bought your guitar from a shop and it is still under warranty, you should bring it back to the shop.
