Maybe it's on appeal. You ain't American until you appeal a judgement at least 2 times.

I, um, well....being the Henry Kissinger of Bass is sometimes harder than it is at other times. What can I say here and not step on any toes?

I don't BELIEVE there was a 'judgement'. I believe an agreement that was agreeable to both parties was reached.

Which would negate the possibility of the appeal process.

There! See, I didn't say anything at all detrimental.

About that shriveled little gnome.

To go back to the original question, I'd say he's got the apology locked up with his ethics, class, and the good half of his personality. Definitely missing in action.

I don't know when/if he will get around to posting it. The best news is that he can't keep selling those knockoffs anymore.

Enough bandwidth on "that guy"

Oh yeah, lookie what I found :)

Maker's Mark Dry Manhattan? Fruit of the Gods! Adult beverages don't get any better in my book but they can make you crazier than James Brown on crack if consumed with any sort of benzo or opiate!

Hey Steve you should try this sometime - nice use of bourbon. Use either Woodford Reserves new Three Grain bottling or Buffalo Trace.....

The cocktail has been dreamt up for the Kentucky Derby....

Kevin’s new cocktail aptly named the ‘English Cherry Julep’ has the following ingredients:
60ml Woodford Reserve
5-10ml Sugar Syrup
10-15ml Luxardo Maraschino
4 fresh tender mint sprigs
Three English Cherries

To make your own ….
At the base of the glass muddle the cherries then add all the ingredients including the mint sprigs, then add a little bit of crushed ice and mix until cold. Add more ice to top up drink and garnish with 1 mint sprig and one English cherry with a stem on. Finally powder the top of the drink with sugar
