The part about drummers always gets to me. My first big gig I remember chatting with the sound Eng and glanced at his tags on the main board. The mixer looked something's along the lines of : MASTER Chan 1-4 Vocals. Then I will never forget the next eleven channels: snare, kick, kick two, crash, crash 2, ride, hi hat, tom 1, tom 2, tom 3, and tom 4 then the following four channels labeled INPUT 1-4 followed by some miscellaneous. All EQ set St thr factory noon. I guess I figured out my place real quick. First start in a hilarious relationship with sound guys.

This is so funny......because I am sure as guitarist we all have dealt with this guy in certain house mixing situations......I love it!!!!!

I also am a sound engineer......it is a two way street....lol...!!!

I've played a lot of gigs, but less then 50% were well sounded (those where I was the guitarist and sound engineer at once
