On my new SR5, finally stock slinkies went dead and I've changed to TI flats - I've been raised in a not-so-rich family so I've learnt to use everything until it's dead! I'll admit that I was slightly put off by the agressiveness of SR5 with rounds, but with TI flats I've finally found my dream bass. The parallel mode is fat, real fat... If I want zing, I can still get it using series (some zing anyway)... But especially single-coil mode is to die for...
