How can I tighten the trem bar so that it doesn't swing so easily?

One more question. I saw a video where the tech was raising and lowering the over all string height using the bridge pivot points Is this right?

Re question one - there is a grub screw in the block. You’ll see if when you push down on the bar and lift the back of the trem

Re question 2 - it’s not how I would do it, but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. Someone with more knowledge than me will have to add to this one
