Sterling SUB Ray4 bass opinions

I'm looking to buy one to have around the house for recording or whoever wants to just come over and jam. Found one used for $200 in walnut satin and wondering if it's worth it. I play guitar and don't know much about bass guitars

Tell me the pros and cons on this thing please

Well what can you get for 200 bucks nowadays? - that's what you have to weigh up. I got myself a used Yamaha 4 banger a few years back and its "ok" - about 130 bucks.
But my reasoning is that, if the sterling sub guitars are good then there should be no reason why the bass shouldn't be. I haven't played a bass but I've played a few sterlings and they are very good guitars.
If it feels right go for it.
