I have bought a used Stingray 4 (1993) and i need a string mutes replacement.
Where I can find it on the internet ?

Do you mean the black rubber/foam mute pads ?

I believe it's the same foam rubber that's used for door insulation. It comes in rolls of different thicknesses for less than $10. Just go to your local Italian HomeDepot(hardware store).
