I think I've been hanging around you guys too much. I had a BAD dream last night that I got a BONGO.......  I don't know how to describe it exactly but it was like a life saver candy, tangerine or peach color with a maple fret board.. I decided to share my bongo with the forum so it was time for pics. I walked into the back room, I guess to get my camera.....I don't have a back room in my house....anyway, I noticed the door in the back room was ajar:eek: ......I opened the door and to my surprised there are two guys there and stuff from my outside storage area are thrown about on the floor...I don't have an outside storage area either.....They are robbing me!!!!!!!! My first instinct was to take the bongo and bash them both over the head!!!!!!!! But then this feeling came over me.....if I do that, I'll mess my bongo up......and then I woke up.........talk about a nightmare........I can see dreaming about getting a JP6 or JP7, but a Bongo????? :D :D :D

sounds like a deeply rooted fear of losing things you don't have - and an even deeper desire to own a bongo. interesting too - a bongo is your weapon of choice, yet you don't have one. you must be afraid of losing the bongo you don't have, so you keep hanging around here hoping someone will somehow soothe your fears. i feel sorry for you. don't let your fear of losing a bongo keep you from getting one. you're only hurting yourself.

we have many ways to get to people...tainted water, chili dogs, spiked prune juice, but the most powerful is some of jack's secret subliminal navy techniques........

We will win this battle one bass at a time.......

Your avatar is more appropriate now than ever.

I'm still waiting for Jack to have a frikkin' laser beam on his head, though. :D

Like a Martin D12, a Bongo is for making music, not bonking burgulars. If you do have need to protect yourself from intruders at home or on stage, that is really a job for an ash Ray. It doesn't have to be a limited edition or a dual PU, but it should be ash, and it should have quick release strap locks.

Coupled with CodeMonkey's powerful gamma-ray weapon, even those with tin-foil hats are not safe!

Better yet, use 'another' bass for the counter-offensive. ;)
