The Majesty - Someone Finally Played One!!!!!

Anyone know the release date for the Majesty??? Petrucci is currently playing it on the Along For The Ride tour

They're already released and some people including myself have already placed our orders :)

As far as when they're supposed to reach the store floors / my house I've been told July 11th by GC and we'll see.

I e-mailed sweetwater to see if they actually have some in stock since they've got one there in that vid that they've demoed.

If they do I'll likely sell a kidney and order another :o

I did wonder what Lag Auto playing was until it clicked, I'm slow today. But seriously, looks like an amazing guitar, just need to decide which colour to go with.
 
We played them at NAMM. Very smooth! The finish on the back of the neck is really cool, and I usually don't like any kind of heavy finish. It's like a matte feel so it's similar to what we're all used to, but it probably also offers better protection. It's also incredibly fast. If you shred, then you'll love it. My cousin ordered one on the spot. He should be getting his in a few weeks. I'll bug him to post it up here.

Where did he order from that it is coming in a few weeks?

I ordered with GC and they have us waiting till July 11th.

Where can I get one sooner I'll bloody buy another one right now ><

Interesting video... the dude is almost too amazed to talk right. The Majesty is definitely even more impressive in 3-D/real life than pictures...fabulous instrument!! :D
Has anyone actually called EBMM and asked them when these will be shipping ??
 
The amp he was playing through is the new PRS Archon high gain tube amp...which I am yet to hear a bad clip from that thing. I think I want that amp as bad as the Majesty. Perhaps I'll just have to splurge and get both together!

I may have been exaggerating on the due date. He's scheduled to get his at the end of April.

My family has a music store in Staten Island and we're EBMM dealers.

Agreed, excellent review but, there are a couple things I would have liked for him to mention such as the Tremolo system, how it works and to comment on the inlay. I mean, they're freakin' mirrors! It looks so awesome in person! YOU DONT EVEN KNOW!
